The food truck phenomenon and authentic street vendor food is the ultimate fusion of casual dining and awesome ingredients from cuisines around the world. Come create fun and unique flavour combinations using local foods we love. Homemade donuts, street corn, tacos, gourmet burgers and curries are some of the dishes we'll be creating this year, as well as whatever else inspires us that day! Join Chef Erin as she guides you through creating some delicious street eats cuisine that you can share with your family and friends.
This half-day bootcamp will run from 12:30 until about 5pm. You will be hands-on in the kitchen; team building, laughing and preparing your lunch. After a few hours in our kitchen, we will sit and enjoy your tasteful creations, overlooking the beautiful Charlottetown Harbour.
Price includes all food, recipes, a chef apron and hat. This camp is open to anyone 18 years of age and older.
