This is a hands-on experience for families who are looking to learn and get creative in the kitchen together. Learn to make fresh pastas by hand, as well as pasta sauces, homemade gourmet pizzas, fresh salads and homemade ice creams.
Our half-day bootcamp will run from 9:00 AM until about 1:00pm. You will be in the kitchen the entire morning preparing your lunch. After a few hours in our kitchen, we will sit and enjoy your delicious creations in our dining room overlooking the beautiful Charlottetown Harbour.
Price includes a family-style meal, daily recipes and a chef hat. This camp is open to anyone 10 years and older; however, a paying adult must accompany attendees under the age of 18 years.
