Join Chef Erin has she explores the many ways we can enjoy PEI mussels. Learn how to choose, clean, cook with and of course eat this island delicacy- steamed, chilled, ceviche and au-gratin!
This is classroom style bootcamp where you'll be sitting and watching the chef prepare a multi-course meal for you to enjoy! This class will run from 5pm-7:30pm and price includes all food, recipes and a chef hat to take home.
