It's a 4 Day Epic-Curious Culinary Adventure!! For all of you food lovers out there, this culinary bootcamp has been created just for you, with loads of techniques and delicious recipes. Learn how to filet, debone, braise and everything you need to know to be a master chef in your own kitchen. We are planning to pack as much into this four day camp as you can possibly absorb. This hands-on experience under the guidance of our professional chefs will be the ultimate culinary experience. Enjoy our world famous mussels, lobsters, scallops, oysters and halibut plus our delicious Atlantic beef & pork prepared in both traditional and innovative ways. This Land & Sea to Table experience is a must on your Bucket List!
This bootcamp will run from 9:00am until about 4:00pm. After spending the morning in the kitchen, we'll enjoy lunch in our Dining Room overlooking Charlottetown Harbour. Then it will be time to go back into the kitchen to learn some new techniques.
Price includes all food, recipes, a chef coat and hat. This camp is open to anyone 18yrs of age and older.
