Step into our kitchens and take a culinary trip to Italy in this bootcamp inspired by Chef Erin's recent trip to Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. This bootcamp will feature lots of Island ingredients prepared with a heaping of Italian inspiration and traditions. We'll learn how to make fresh pastas by hand, as well as PEI potato gnocchi, Mediterranean Seafood, Neapolitan-style pizzas using hand-stretched fresh mozzarella and then of course classic Italian desserts!
Our half-day bootcamp will run from 9am until about 1:00pm. You will be in the kitchen the entire morning; team building, laughing and preparing your lunch. After a few hours in our kitchen, we will sit and enjoy your delicious creations in our dining room overlooking the beautiful Charlottetown Harbour.
Price includes all food, recipes, a chef apron and hat. This camp is open to anyone 18 years of age and older.
