Step into our kitchens and take a culinary trip to Italy in this bootcamp, which will feature the regions of Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. This bootcamp will feature lots of Island ingredients prepared with a heaping of Italian inspiration and traditions. We'll learn how to make a variety of appetizers and entrees including homemade fresh pasta, risotto, seasonal salads and then of course classic Italian desserts!
Our half-day bootcamp will run approximately 4 hours from 12:30-5:00. You will be hands-on in the kitchen; team building, laughing and preparing your lunch. After a few hours in our kitchen, we will sit and enjoy your delicious creations in our dining room overlooking the beautiful Charlottetown Harbour.

Price includes all food, recipes, a chef apron and hat. This camp is open to anyone 18 years of age and older.
