Caribbean & Nigerian Fusion Bootcamp
Chef Cordell, and Chef Zumah will be taking bootcampers on a culinary journey through their homelands of the Caribbean and Nigeria. Indulge in authentic Nigerian Jollof Rice, Bahamian Fried Fish, Lobster Fritters and so much more!
This half-day bootcamp will run for one day only on July 5 from 12:30 pm- 5:00 pm. You will be in the kitchen the entire afternoon; team building, laughing, and preparing your culinary creations. After your kitchen experience, you will enjoy the bounties of your labour in our exclusive Culinary Institute of Canada dining room overlooking the beautiful Charlottetown Harbour.
The price includes all food, recipes, chef aprons and hats. The camp is open to anyone 19 years of age or older.
