Charcuterie Building & Wine Tasting

Join us for an afternoon of Charcuterie board building and wine tasting. Our expert chefs will help you build a gourmet charcuterie board laden with high-quality local island products and complimented with a variety of relishes, compotes, and dips! In addition, our professional sommelier will guide you through creative wine pairings, and tastings for your charcuterie creation. Bootcampers are welcome to enjoy non-alcoholic beverages if preferred. 

Our half-day bootcamp will run approximately 4.5 hours beginning at 12:30PM. This hands-on culinary experience, located at the prestigious Culinary Institute of Canada, overlooks the beautiful Charlottetown Harbour includes:

all prepared food, recipes, beverages, and chef apron and hat. This camp is open to anyone 19 years of age and older.
