In this bootcamp you will learn different techniques to compliment the smokey charred flavours of the BBQ, and ways to incorporate craft beers into your BBQ's as not only a beverage, but also an ingredient. This includes, brining, marinating, braising and of course, grilling! You will also be creating the best summer side dishes to pair with your grilled meats! This camp is all about giving you the skills and knowledge to be able to create the perfect backyard BBQ at home. We promise that you will be sure to impress your friends when it's your turn to play host, you'll be leaving this bootcamp a grill-master.
There will also be a tasting session of local craft beers presented to the bootcampers before the meal is served.
Our half-day bootcamp will run approximately 4 1/2 hours from 12:30-5:00PM. You will be in the kitchen; team building, laughing and preparing your meal. After a few hours, we will sit and enjoy your delicious creations along with a glass of craft beer, overlooking the beautiful Charlottetown Harbour.
