Work alongside our Chef as she teaches you to make her Gold medal - winning Seafood Chowder from scratch, using amazing local ingredients. Learn to prepare two different Seafood Chowders and learn the secret to fluffy potato rolls, and flakey Biscuits.
Our half-day bootcamp will run on Saturday, July 31st from 12:30pm until 5:00pm.
You will be hands-on in the kitchen; team building, laughing and preparing your lunch.
Price includes all recipes, a chef apron and hat. This camp is open to anyone 18 years of age or older.
