Work alongside Chef Mike as he teaches you to make Seafood Chowder from scratch, using amazing local ingredients. Learn to prepare two different Seafood Chowders and learn the secret to fluffy potato rolls, and flakey Biscuits.
Our half-day bootcamp will run on June 15th & August 4th from 12:30pm until 5:00pm.
You will be hands-on in the kitchen; team building, laughing and preparing your chowders & biscuits.
Price includes all recipes, a chef apron and hat. This camp is open to anyone 18 years of age or older.
