This half day camp featuring local PEI products will shine a spotlight on plant-based cuisines and techniques from around the world. Learn some handy substitutions, how to balance a vegan diet, and how to eat healthy without compromising the flavour. This experience can be a game changer for you and your loved ones.
Our half-day bootcamp will run approximately 4 1/2 hours from 9AM-1:30PM. You will be in the kitchen; teambuilding, laughing, and preparing your lunch. After a few hours, we will sit and enjoy your tasteful creations, overlooking the beautiful Charlottetown Harbour.
Price includes all food, recipes, a chef apron and hat. This camp is open to anyone 18 years of age and older.
